The premise

Count Dracula trades Transylvania for Italy in search of fresh blood and Western standards of living, but finds instead his ancient love Zora, reincarnated as a young graffiti artist from the Roman hip-hop scene.

Horror Vault's take

Dracula swaps his Transylvanian castle for the streets of Rome, only to find the Eternal City far less welcoming than expected. His quest for fresh blood takes an unexpected turn when he crosses paths with a young woman from the local hip-hop scene who stirs something ancient within him. Equal parts fish-out-of-water comedy and vampire romance, the film gleefully pits Old World monster mythology against graffiti art and rap beats. It's a love letter to both classic horror and Italian street culture, delivered with a knowing wink.
