The premise
It's 1999 and over the course of one 12-hour shift at an Arkansas hospital, a junkie nurse, her scheming cousin and a group of black market organ-trading criminals start a heist that could lead to their collective demise.

Set against the grimy backdrop of a late-90s Arkansas hospital, this pitch-black comedy thriller throws a drug-dependent nurse into a catastrophically escalating night when an organ-trafficking scheme spirals wildly out of control. Equal parts crime caper and gore-laced dark comedy, the film keeps the chaos confined to a single nightmarish shift where every bad decision compounds the last. The ensemble cast leans hard into the absurdity, delivering a story that is as grimly funny as it is viscerally unsettling.
