The premise
Forensics students arriving on an isolated island "body farm" get to try out their CSI skills on a bunch of corpses under the watchful eye of their grumpy professor. The island used to house a state penitentiary, where the authorities were experimenting on death row inmates, and now the bodies won't stay still.

A group of forensic science students descend on a remote island body farm expecting a routine field exam, only to discover the site has a far darker history tied to illegal experiments on death row prisoners. What begins as a macabre but controlled exercise quickly spirals into a desperate fight for survival when the cadavers refuse to stay dead. Trapped with no easy escape and a professor more interested in grades than danger signs, the students must rely on their forensic instincts — and sheer nerve — to make it through the night. This scrappy Canadian horror entry delivers old-school creature carnage with a genre-savvy cast.
