The premise
Six escaped convicts and their female hostage make a desperate run for the Mexican border, where they stumble across a lost treasure of untold wealth, and find certain death instead on the Arizona desert.

A ragged group of escaped convicts dragging a hostage across the Arizona desert stumbles onto something far worse than the law closing in behind them — a lost treasure buried alongside a very old and very lethal secret. What starts as a desperate dash for the Mexican border turns into a fight for survival against terrors that no prison sentence could have prepared them for. The sun-baked Southwest setting gives the film a grimy, western-horror atmosphere that sets it apart from typical undead fare.
