The premise
When most of the population of Earth is infected by a virus and transformed into flesh eaters and blood drinking creatures, a group of hunters lead by Tao and his sword chase the vampire zombies to eliminate them. Six non-infected survivors try to find the exit of an abandoned hospital crowded of the infected creatures. Meanwhile, the military is ready to bomb the whole area.

A viral outbreak has reshaped civilization, turning the infected into savage creatures that crave both flesh and blood. A hardened squad of hunters — blades at the ready — stalks these hybrids through the darkness, while a desperate handful of uninfected survivors scramble through the labyrinthine corridors of an abandoned hospital hoping to escape. With the military poised to level the entire area, time is running out for hunters and survivors alike. It's a relentless, sword-swinging race against extinction.
