The premise
Tenshu is imprisoned and sentenced to death for murdering the men who raped his girlfriend. However, he manages to survive his execution and is presented with an option: face another execution attempt or subject himself to their bizarre and dangerous experiments.

Condemned to death for a crime rooted in vengeance, a man finds himself with a second chance that may be far worse than execution. Trapped in an isolated facility, he becomes the unwilling subject of experiments that push the boundaries of human endurance and sanity. Based on a Japanese manga, this sci-fi horror hybrid blends brutal physicality with psychological unease, delivering something darker and stranger than its prison-thriller setup initially suggests.
