The premise
Juana is a nun with a strong character marked by a paranormal experience. A mysterious order from the Archbishopric will take her to an old church in old Madrid, built on a network of passageways of unknown origin. There, Juana will discover that in the bowels of the building there is something prior to the legends that are explained about that place. And the Evil that lives there has begun to infect the exterior.

A headstrong Spanish nun is dispatched by the Archbishopric to investigate a crumbling old church in the heart of Madrid, where labyrinthine passages wind beneath the foundations and something deeply wrong has taken root long before any known legend. Sister Juana's own troubled history with the paranormal makes her both the ideal and most vulnerable candidate for the task. What begins as a clerical errand descends into a confrontation with a malevolence so old it predates the church built above it — and it is no longer content to stay buried.
