The premise
In 2045 convicted criminals are given the opportunity to compete on the world's #1 televised sporting event, Arena Wars. They must survive 7 rooms and 7 of the most vicious killers in the country. If they win, they regain their freedom.

Set in a dystopian 2045, Arena Wars drops convicted criminals into a brutal televised gauntlet where the only prize is their freedom — and the only path leads through seven rooms housing seven of the nation's deadliest killers. Part exploitation throwback and part sci-fi action-horror, the film wears its low-budget ambitions proudly, leaning into schlocky thrills and relentless carnage. With a roster of cult-favourite genre veterans anchoring the cast, it targets fans who love their popcorn horror loud, bloody, and unapologetically trashy.
