When a shadowy assassin begins eliminating high-value targets on a U.S. government hit list, black ops operative Robert Diggs is dispatched to the streets of Bulgaria to unmask the killer before the situation ignites an international crisis. The investigation pulls Diggs into a murky underworld where identities are never quite what they seem and allegiances are constantly in question.
