The premise
A random group of people wake up on an Island where they are being hunted down in a sinister plot to harvest their organs.

Strangers wake up stranded on a remote island with no memory of how they arrived — and quickly discover they are prey in a ruthless, medically driven operation with no regard for human life. Survival becomes a desperate scramble as the captives fight back against their well-organized hunters.
