The premise
Driven by biological excess, a young man and woman search for sexual fulfillment, unaware of each other's existence. Unfortunately, they eventually meet, and the bonding of these two very unusual human beings ends in an explosive and ultimately over-the-top sexual experience, resulting in a truly god awful love story....

Two individuals cursed with extreme and aberrant biology spend their lives desperately chasing a satisfaction that remains perpetually out of reach. Frank Henenlotter's gleefully unhinged cult curio follows their separate, increasingly deranged paths through a world utterly unprepared for what they carry inside them. Equal parts black comedy and splatter spectacle, the film revels in its own excess with the confidence of a director who has never once played it safe. When these two misfits finally converge, the result is exactly as catastrophic — and as darkly funny — as you'd expect.
