The premise
Ritchie Donovan is a professional thief whose luck has just run out. The only survivor from a heist that goes terribly wrong, Ritchie is forced to take the rap and is sent to Russia to steal a priceless antique cross locked in a safe on the penthouse floor of a Moscow skyscraper.

Down-on-his-luck thief Ritchie Donovan can't catch a break — after a heist collapses around him, he's shipped off to Moscow for one last impossible job. What begins as a straightforward smash-and-grab in a high-rise quickly spirals into a blood-soaked nightmare when he and a group of hostages find themselves trapped with something far deadlier than the Russian mob. Botched leans hard into its darkly comic sensibility, pairing outrageous kills with a gleefully absurd tone that keeps the carnage entertaining rather than grim.
