Deep beneath the surface, a crew of utility workers finds themselves stranded in a labyrinthine tunnel system that harbors something far worse than darkness. A rogue experiment has gone catastrophically wrong, transforming a scientist into a ravenous, ever-adapting predator. With no easy way out and the creature hunting them through the confined passages, the workers must fight to survive against something that grows more dangerous with every kill. It's a grimy, creature-feature descent into underground dread.
