A group of wealthy guests find themselves trapped and picked off as the shambling creatures close in from every direction. Infamous in cult horror circles, this Italian splatter entry leans hard into excess — both in its gut-munching carnage and its deeply unsettling character dynamics. It is not a film that flinches.
