The premise
A screenwriter does research for his new script by actually kidnapping and drowning young girls. He then places them in his "garden" of other dead girls coming back daily to check on them. One girl narrowly escapes and the other bodies are found leading to an ingenious plot to try and capture the killer.

A screenwriter takes method research to a deeply sinister extreme, using his lakeside retreat as cover for a string of kidnappings and drownings that serve as twisted inspiration for his work. Beneath the calm surface of the water, he cultivates a macabre private world he visits with chilling routine. When one potential victim manages to slip away, the investigation closes in — but catching a killer who scripts his own getaways won't be straightforward. This TV thriller leans into its unsettling meta-premise to deliver a cat-and-mouse story with a genuinely creepy hook.
