The premise
An African American male is imprisoned and placed in solitary confinement after being found guilty of murdering his wife, as he's haunted by internal demons and his dead wife, and pushed to the breaking point by an abusive female guard.

Locked away in the suffocating confines of solitary confinement, a man convicted of his wife's murder finds that the prison walls are the least of his torments. Guilt, grief, and something far more unsettling begin to erode the boundary between memory and haunting. A sadistic guard applies relentless pressure from without, while the specter of his dead wife closes in from within. What remains of a man's sanity when he has nowhere left to run?
