When a mysterious package arrives at the home of wheelchair-bound Nica and her mother, it brings with it a cheerful red-haired doll — and a creeping wave of death that Nica alone seems willing to acknowledge. As family descends for an uneasy visit, the body count begins to rise and Nica must fight to be believed before it's too late. This sixth entry in the Child's Play franchise strips the series back to its gothic, confined roots, trading campy spectacle for slow-burn dread. Fans of the original will find plenty of connective tissue woven through the darkness.
