A woman hoping to leave her troubled past behind finds that a fresh start may be impossible when a vengeful supernatural force — taking the form of a deranged nun — refuses to let her go. What begins as the promise of a new life quickly curdles into a waking nightmare of escalating dread. Low-budget and stripped-back, the film leans on atmosphere and religious imagery to conjure its scares.
