The premise

A fledgling rock band on the verge of being discovered make a discovery of their own: a magical ancient amulet that gives them the power to see ghosts – whether they want to or not. Slightly deterred from fame by their newfound responsibility of helping an endless parade of desperate, and sometimes angry, apparitions resolve their unfinished business, the band begrudgingly intertwines their desire for rock and roll success with the lifelong gig of ushering the dead to the other side.

A scrappy rock band chasing their big break stumbles onto something far stranger than a record deal — an ancient amulet that forces them to see and interact with the restless dead. Every ghost comes with baggage, and the band must juggle rehearsals, gigs, and the very un-glamorous duty of helping troubled spirits move on. Equal parts supernatural procedural and rock-and-roll comedy, the show mines its oddball premise for both laughs and surprisingly tender moments. Fame, it turns out, is a lot easier to chase when the dead aren't constantly getting in the way.
