A driven neuroscientist pushes the boundaries of human consciousness through experimental drug research, only to drag his unsuspecting team into something far more dangerous than science can explain. What begins as a quest to unlock the mind's hidden potential quickly spirals into a waking nightmare as a malevolent supernatural presence makes itself known. The film blends cold clinical dread with visceral horror, asking whether some doors of perception are better left shut.
