A routine psychology class field trip to a mental institution takes a sinister turn when student Abby Jones crosses paths with Harmon Porter, a dangerous high-risk patient whose fixation on her doesn't end at the hospital walls. What begins as an ordinary evening at home with her roommates gradually descends into something far more threatening.
