The premise
The monsters have made it into a small neighboring town in the middle of nowhere and the locals have to band with the survivors of the bar slaughter to figure out how to make it.
Horror Vault's take
The ravenous creatures from the first film spill out beyond the bar and descend on a nearby backwater town, leaving a fresh batch of desperate survivors scrambling to stay alive. Picking up the anarchic, anything-goes energy of its predecessor, this sequel cranks up the gross-out comedy and creature carnage to gleefully excessive levels. No one is safe, no plan survives contact with the monsters, and the film revels in subverting every expectation of who makes it out.
