The premise
After a breakup, Wes ends up at a remote rest stop. He finds himself locked inside the bathroom with a mysterious figure speaking from an adjacent stall. Soon Wes realizes he is involved in a situation more terrible than he could imagine.

Heartbroken and hitting rock bottom after a breakup, Wes pulls into a desolate rest stop — only to find himself trapped in a bathroom with a disembodied voice emanating from the next stall that seems to know far more about him than any stranger should. What begins as a deeply uncomfortable conversation escalates into something vast, ancient, and terrifying. Anchored by a two-hander performance with J.K. Simmons providing the unseen voice, this lean, strange film punches well above its single-location premise.
