When a film student becomes dangerously obsessed with the original Grave Encounters footage, he convinces his friends to infiltrate the infamous abandoned psychiatric hospital where the first crew met their fate. What begins as an eager attempt to expose or validate the footage quickly spirals into a nightmare that refuses to let them leave. The asylum has its own rules, and the deeper they venture in, the more those rules bend reality itself. This sequel doubles down on the original's claustrophobic dread while raising the meta-horror stakes.
