The premise
Nami is a young woman with numerous hangups sprouting from a dysfunctional childhood. She inherits a small fortune that allows her to pursue various interests, many of which are abnormal.

Nami is a deeply troubled young Japanese woman whose fractured childhood has left her with fixations most would find deeply disturbing. A sudden inheritance grants her the freedom and resources to act on those fixations without restraint. What begins as an eccentric character study gradually darkens into something far more extreme and difficult to shake. This is a bold, boundary-pushing piece of Japanese genre cinema that refuses to play it safe.
