The premise
A young woman feigns illness in order to infiltrate a mental hospital, where she investigates the disappearance of her sister, a former patient. Meanwhile, the hospital warden and her attendants abuse and torture their charges, forcing them to star in cheap skinflicks.

A desperate woman goes undercover inside a sinister mental institution to uncover the truth about her missing sister — only to discover that the facility's staff harbor far darker appetites than incompetence. Presided over by a sadistic warden, the asylum becomes a nightmare of cruelty, degradation, and exploitation for those unfortunate enough to be confined within its walls. Equal parts women-in-prison sleaze and grindhouse horror, this late-seventies shocker leans hard into its disreputable premise with little restraint.
