The premise
An unnamed doctor has always had everything he's ever wanted, but that has only made him develop more extreme and depraved needs. He kidnaps a young couple in the prime of their life together and forces them into a game of torment that slowly extinguishes their hopes for survival.

A wealthy, privileged doctor whose every whim has already been satisfied turns to the darkest possible outlet for his escalating compulsions — the suffering of others. He abducts a young couple at the height of their happiness and subjects them to a prolonged, methodical ordeal designed purely for his own gratification. This Japanese extreme horror entry pulls no punches in its depiction of physical and psychological torment, offering virtually no refuge of comfort for the viewer. It sits firmly within the 'torture horror' subgenre and is not for the faint-hearted.
