The premise
Danny O'Brien is back in action fighting the notorious Simon Moon, also known as The Terror. Three years earlier O'Brien had single-handedly captured The Terror and was called Hero by the people of L.A. Now Simon has escaped and has started killing women again, and O'Brien is the only man who can stop him.

When the hulking serial killer known as The Terror escapes custody, the Los Angeles cop who brought him down three years ago finds himself thrust back into a nightmare he hoped was over. Chuck Norris plays Danny O'Brien, a man wrestling with the psychological weight of his past while a predator stalks women in the shadows once more. This late-80s thriller blends action with genuine menace, leaning harder into dread than most of Norris's filmography. The cat-and-mouse tension builds as O'Brien closes in on a killer who seems almost impossibly hard to stop.
