The premise
Following the death of celebrated scientist Susan Carter, her son Brian is surprised to inherit her controversial experimental addiction treatment center. When he and some friends visit the property, they uncover a terrifying and deadly secret.

When a young man inherits his late mother's remote addiction treatment facility, what should be a routine visit with friends quickly spirals into a nightmare. The estate harbors something deeply wrong — a secret his mother took every measure to conceal. As the group digs deeper into the property, they find that some experiments should never see the light of day.
