The premise
Dr. Lorca, an eccentric collector of biological oddities - has just "acquired" his greatest specimen: a horrible mutant born of toxic sewage, but the creature's rightful owner wants it back. The collector's clash is cut short though, as the sickening specimen comes to life, re-animating an angry, oozing little army of ferocious freaks

When an eccentric collector of biological oddities secures his most prized acquisition — a grotesque mutant spawned from toxic sewage — a bitter dispute over its ownership is the least of everyone's problems. The specimen has ideas of its own, and it isn't alone for long. What follows is a gleefully unhinged siege as a menagerie of reanimated freaks turns a grand estate into a very bad place to be. This late-90s creature feature leans hard into its B-movie roots and never apologizes for it.
