The premise
A strict, anxious teenager loses the child she’s babysitting and must brave a sinister force hiding in plain sight among the children in the playground. As her world unravels and her grip on reality starts to slip, she must outwit a world where nothing is as it seems to make it out alive.

When the child she's responsible for vanishes without a trace, a high-strung teenage babysitter finds herself plunged into a waking nightmare she can't logic her way out of. Something is lurking among the children at the playground — patient, camouflaged, and deeply wrong. As the boundaries between what's real and what isn't begin to dissolve, she must keep her mind sharp enough to survive. Hive is a nerve-shredding puzzle-box thriller that weaponizes the mundane against its protagonist.
