The premise
Los Angeles private eye Jack Chandler is hired by a worried mother to find her missing runaway daughter, Samantha. As Chandler searches for her whereabouts, he uncovers an evil cult that worships an Egyptian god, whose followers commit human sacrifices with chainsaws to appease their deity. He soon learns that Samantha has revenge in store for the cult leader and his bevy of blood-thirsty, chainsaw-wielding hookers.

A wisecracking Los Angeles private detective takes on a missing-persons case that plunges him deep into the city's seedy underworld — and straight into the bloody rituals of a chainsaw-obsessed Egyptian death cult. Part hard-boiled noir parody, part splatter extravaganza, the film revels in its own trashy excess at every turn. Cult scream queen Linnea Quigley and genre icon Gunnar Hansen anchor this gleefully depraved romp that never takes itself seriously for a single frame.
