The premise

After a new cannery introduces scientifically augmented salmon to a seaside town in the Pacific Northwest, a species of mysterious, mutated sea creatures begin killing the men and raping the women.

Horror Vault's take

A quiet Pacific Northwest fishing community is thrown into bloody chaos when grotesque amphibious creatures emerge from the depths and begin preying on the locals. Tied to the genetic tampering of a corporate cannery operation, the monsters have disturbing, predatory intentions that go beyond simple hunger. Director Barbara Peeters delivers a relentless creature-feature that leans hard into its exploitation roots, blending aquatic monster mayhem with pointed anxieties about industrial interference in nature. Fans of drive-in schlock will find plenty of slime, screams, and practical creature effects to sink their teeth into.

Content: Sexual Violence Including Depictions Of Rape, Graphic Violence And Gore, Nudity, Creature Attack Sequences
