When a group of young people find themselves stranded on a fog-shrouded island after their boat runs aground, they quickly realize they are not alone — something dangerous has been living there for a very long time. Born from tragedy and raised in total isolation, the island's sole inhabitant is anything but welcoming. What begins as a desperate search for help turns into a brutal fight to survive the darkness between the trees. This lean Canadian slasher trades on atmosphere and dread as much as outright carnage.
