When a fractured family brings in a professional deprogrammer to reclaim their teenage son from a violent cult, what begins as a desperate intervention quickly turns into a fight for their lives. Masked cultists encircle their remote 1980s cabin in the dead of night, and the family must hold together — or fall apart — under mounting pressure. The film wrings its tension from the suffocating isolation of a single location and the question of whether love alone is enough to pull someone back from the edge.
