The premise
A successful Wall Street trader returns to England with her new husband and five-year-old son, but their new start together turns into a nightmare when they move into a country house which contains a terrible secret.

A high-powered American financier trades the chaos of Wall Street for a fresh start in the English countryside, moving into a grand country house with her husband and young son. What promises to be a new chapter quickly curdles as the house seems to harbour something deeply wrong — and the lines between paranoia and genuine threat begin to blur. The oppressive atmosphere of the estate bears down on the family, testing every bond between them. Secrets buried within the walls of the old home refuse to stay hidden.
