Thousands of feet beneath the ocean's surface, a crew of deep-sea miners stumble upon a sunken Soviet vessel — and the deadly secret locked inside it. What begins as a routine salvage discovery quickly spirals into a desperate fight for survival as something monstrous begins to spread through the confined quarters of their underwater base. With no way to reach the surface and nowhere to run, the crew must band together against a threat that grows more terrifying with every passing hour. Leviathan is a late-80s creature feature that wrings maximum dread from its crushing, claustrophobic setting.
