The premise
An insane surgeon finds himself up to his armpits in eyeballs after guilt prompts him to begin removing the eyes of abducted people in hopes of performing transplants on his daughter who lost her own in a car-accident he caused.

A respected surgeon is consumed by guilt after an accident leaves his daughter blind, driving him to increasingly desperate and depraved measures in pursuit of a cure. What begins as a father's desperate love spirals into a nightmare of abduction and surgical horror behind closed doors. Mansion of the Doomed is a grim 1970s shocker that leans hard into its exploitation roots while grounding its madness in a recognizable, tragic emotional logic.
