Police try to capture someone who is commiting ritual murders of women during Mardi Gras in New Orleans.

Set against the raucous backdrop of New Orleans' Mardi Gras celebrations, this late-70s exploitation shocker follows detectives racing to stop a killer who targets women for gruesome ritualistic murders. The festive chaos of the French Quarter provides an unsettling contrast to the brutal crimes unfolding in its shadows. Firmly in the tradition of 70s grindhouse excess, the film earned its place on the UK's notorious Video Nasty list for its unflinching depictions of violence and gore.
