The premise
After several years of sexual dysfunction, Ada and her boyfriend, Calvin travel to her hometown in rural Oklahoma in hopes of piecing together her fragmented childhood memories. They find their answers, but can they find their way back home?

Ada has spent years unable to confront a past she can barely remember, so she and her boyfriend Calvin make the journey back to her remote Oklahoma hometown to dig up the truth. What they uncover in that insular, deeply religious community is more disturbing than either of them anticipated. The film builds its dread quietly, letting the oppressive atmosphere of the small town do much of the heavy lifting before darker revelations take hold.
