Horror Vault's take
A traumatic childhood incident leaves deep psychological scars on a young woman who resurfaces years later under a new name, pursuing a life on the stage. When she joins the cast of a new theatrical production, a string of disturbing events begins to plague those around her. This Australian slasher blends backstage tension with fractured psychology, drawing dread from a protagonist whose grip on reality seems dangerously tenuous. Fans of early-80s character-driven horror will find a slow-burning sense of unease woven throughout.
