When a group of reckless teenage drivers starts causing accidents on desolate back roads, they unknowingly draw the attention of two deeply dangerous brothers who have turned their late father's decrepit ambulance into a vehicle of terror. Armed with a stolen radio and a twisted sense of justice, the brothers intercept emergency calls to ensure that help never arrives — at least not the kind victims are hoping for. What begins as youthful carelessness spirals into a desperate fight for survival against predators hiding behind the guise of rescue. Horror icons Bill Moseley and Kane Hodder bring menacing weight to this mean-spirited slasher.
