When a couple arrives at a Malibu beach house to renovate and sell the property, they discover they are far from alone — a disturbed woman has made the crawl space beneath the house her domain and has no intention of leaving. What begins as an uncomfortable standoff quickly escalates into something far more dangerous, blurring the line between trespasser and predator.
