Two amateur filmmakers set out to document the dark history of Typhoid Mary, whose tormented spirit is said to still haunt the asylum walls where she was confined. When a séance is performed to make contact with Mary, what begins as curiosity quickly spirals into something far more dangerous. The group soon discovers that some legends are better left uninvestigated, and that the dead don't always stay silent when called upon.
