The premise
Siblings Mimi and Luke unwittingly resurrect an ancient alien overlord. Using a magical amulet, they force the monster to obey their childish whims, and accidentally attract a rogues’ gallery of intergalactic assassins to small-town suburbia.

When two bickering suburban kids dig up a dormant cosmic warlord of unimaginable evil, the younger sister discovers she holds an unlikely leash over the creature. What follows is a gleefully unhinged mashup of childhood fantasy and splatter-film carnage as the siblings bend their monstrous new 'pet' to their every whim — with catastrophic consequences for the neighbourhood. The film leans hard into practical creature effects and an anarchic sense of humour, delivering something that feels like an '80s kids' adventure filtered through a very R-rated blender.
