The premise
Brothers Mike and Jody join family friend Reggie to battle the Tall Man and his evil minions from another dimension, for the final time.

The fifth and final chapter of the legendary Phantasm saga reunites the surviving heroes for one last stand against the relentless Tall Man and the nightmarish silver spheres he commands. Reality fractures across multiple timelines and dimensions, making it difficult to know what is truly happening — or whether any escape is possible. This concluding entry leans into the series' dreamlike logic, delivering a send-off steeped in the mythology fans have followed for decades. It is a bittersweet farewell as much as it is a horror film.
