The premise
On Kate's 21st birthday camping trip, her friends encounter Piglet, a monstrous human-pig hybrid who brutally murders one of them. They uncover Piglet's origins and Kate must confront her past to survive the relentless killer.

A 21st birthday camping trip turns into a bloodsoaked nightmare when a group of friends crosses paths with Piglet — a grotesque human-pig hybrid with a taste for violence. As bodies begin to pile up, the survivors are forced to dig into the creature's disturbing origins. At the center of it all, birthday girl Kate discovers that escaping Piglet may require her to face something she has long buried. Equal parts creature feature and teen slasher, Piglet delivers relentless carnage in the wilderness.
