When a couple of avid gamers earn their way into the secretive final round of an underground escape game called Paranoia, they arrive at an abandoned mental hospital deep in the woods to find five strangers and a terrifying new set of rules. What began as an adrenaline-fuelled puzzle challenge quickly spirals into something far deadlier than any of them anticipated. As alliances form and suspicions mount, every clue, every player, and every locked door becomes a potential trap. The line between the game and grim reality dissolves with every passing hour.
