Six years after a tragic childhood incident leaves a young girl dead, the survivors have grown up and moved on — but someone hasn't forgotten. As prom night arrives with its glittering promise of celebration, a masked killer closes in on those who share a dark secret. Director Paul Lynch crafts a slow-burn whodunit wrapped in a slasher framework, complete with disco-era flair and a memorable Jamie Lee Curtis at the height of her scream-queen reign. Expect red herrings, creeping dread, and a climax that delivers on its long-simmering tension.
