The premise
By the year 2056, an epidemic of organ failures has devastated the planet. The megacorporation GeneCo provides organ transplants on a payment plan — and those unable to fulfill their plans have their organs repossessed. In the midst of this, a sickly teenager discovers a shocking secret about herself, her father, and their connection to GeneCo.

In a near-future world ravaged by organ failure, the megacorporation GeneCo has turned human biology into a brutal subscription service — miss a payment and a Repo Man comes to reclaim what's yours. This blood-soaked rock opera follows a sheltered young woman who begins to question everything she knows about her overprotective father and the sinister empire that controls their lives. Equal parts grand guignol theatre and punk-gothic spectacle, it delivers its carnage in full song. Fans of transgressive cinema will find few titles as gloriously unhinged.
